Established 1996
Optimprops 90 (Pty) Ltd was established in 1996 and has grown into a leading property investment and management company in Southern Africa.
From humble beginnings in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo, we have expanded to a portfolio of more than 100 diverse properties — spanning residential, industrial, commercial, warehousing, and retail real estate.
We are committed to sustainable development and value creation for both individual and corporate clients, while contributing to the economic growth of the regions we serve.
